Pinometal with years of experience in pipe bending and welding industry. We have been supplying various of tubular products to US, EU and AU for years. Our main products are:

1. Diesel exhaust pipes with pipe diameter up to 5 inches. The material can be in SS304, SS409 and Aluminized steel. Wall thickness 1.5mm.

2. Mandrel bends with pipe diameter up to 5 inches. Material in Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Aluminized steel, Aluminum alloy and copper.

3. Clamps: Lap joint exhaust clamps, custom designed industrial steel clamps.

4. CNC machining flanges. Laser cut flanges with Max thickness 5mm.

Has 4 main processes to products metal components, most of metal components are made in factory, hence to better control quality and production lead time.

1. Mandrel bending: Pipe diameter up to 6 inches ( 152.4mm )

2. CNC machining: Scale up to 1200x1000mm.

3. Stamping machine: Max 50 tons.

4. Welding: TIG welding, MIG welding
